Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I am new to the aea, and have not established a dentist yet. Of course, I broke a tooth to the gum over a weekend, and started my search for a dentist. I went in first thing Monday morning. they told me they were booked for the day, but if I would come back after 3, they would TRY to get the doctor to look at it. The receptionist made it perfectly clear that I would not be able to have a filling that day, but could perhaps have the rough spots ground down. The next day, I was flying out of town until the following Monday, so I wanted to have it looked at before I left. I did not want to wait until 3 and learn that I could not be seen. I left, went to another dentist, who took me in before lunch and performed an emergency root canal. I would have had serious problems if I had not been able to take care of this, so felt lucky to find the other dentist. I have now made the other one my full dentist. My decision was based upon the care given and attention to my emergency. I had heard good things about this dentist, but was turned off by their indifference about my problem. All things considered, I think I am better off with the other dentist, so I probably owe that receptionist a huge thanks.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
