They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
