The dental chair I sat in during my procedure wasn't too great. My back was really sore after my procedure. Their costumer service atndards are beyond bad to say the least.Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
