The doctor made sure every single question I had was answered. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, and I get very nervous. The doctor was very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I will absolutely return, and I'll be less apprehensive!

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. The office seems to employ a bait and switch sales mentality where they pressure to upgrade your services to ones the insurance company doesn't cover or only partially covers that way they get out of charging you the negotiated insurance rates and can charge you full price. Stay away if you want to keep your money.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.
