They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
