Unlike other dentist offices I have visited, I never have to wait long to be seen. They also have very flexible hours and work to give me appointments that work with my schedule. The dental assistant that works with me is extremely nice and is always checking with me via email on how I am doing with my appliance. There have been some bumps in the road, but Dr. Cantwell's office has worked to make things right and that has meant a lot.

Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Dr. Cantwell and her staff gave me a wonderful experience. I have always been nervous going to dentists (maybe a child hood thing) and they greet you with a big smile and are very attentive to your needs. If you are in the Lancaster/ Lebanon area, I highly recommend Dr. Cantwell and her staff!

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Wow! Glad I didn't read the nasty reviews before deciding to go here! I've actually been a patient for several years and have to wonder if they are talking about a different practice!!! The office is always immaculate and Dr. Cantwell and her staff have always been extremely helpful and patient with me (I have a lot of questions). I recommend to ALL my family and friends and have never heard a bad review.

I love Cantwell Dental. I've had Crowns, Teeth Knocked out in a car wreck and the list goes on. I'm a very Popular DJ in Central PA and my Smile is Very Important. They Took Great Care of me.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. . I wasn't given proper directions to their office--I even called ahead. But I eventually found it. I won't visit their office again, I was not impressed by the doctor or her assistants. The office was dirty, there were scraps of paper all over the floor and the front office was a mess. Looked very disorganized and messy. Papers and charts all over the place. I have been looking for a new dentist that accepts my insurance, but this is not the place!!!!!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
