When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I trust my dentist within the practice to recommend dental procedures I need. There is pressure by the owner of the practice to make extra sales. It creates a pressure point between ownership and the dentist in whose care I have placed myself. My personal dentist is highly competent, professional, conservative in the medical choices she makes.. She is to be trusted in terms of skills, knowledge, judgement. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The cleanings were painful, they asked I come back every 4 months, and told me I needed repeat deep cleaning treatments. I have seen two other dentists after them, both have indicated that I was over treated. Stay away from Cherry Ridge.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
