They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I have never been squeamish about the dentist's chair, but this experience was beyond the pale. The technician seemed clueless about taking X-rays and had to make several attempts, and she flossed my teeth so hard, my gums were sore and bleeding, which never normally happens. I had chosen this doctor specifically to address my issue with bruxism or tooth grinding, but I was disappointed with her knowledge of this condition--she had never even heard of the night guard I wear, which is a fairly popular brand.
I came away from my first visit knowing it would be my last, but the worst part was trying to get copies of my dental records. The doctor absolutely refused to give me copies, even after I cited ADA and state regulations saying that she must. She actually hung up the phone on me while I was requesting them. I have never dealt with any medical professional who acted so completely UNprofessional. Unbelievable.
