I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
