They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
