Dr. Alfred is really nice and friendly. It was my second time at his clinic and everybody is just really nice. My appointment was at 8:30AM and I was expecting that the receptionists are going to be a little cranky because coffee hasn't kicked in yet but it was otherwise. The only thing that I think could be improved is the waiting time after you've checked in for your appointment. Both times that I went in I had to wait about 10 minutes before I'm called by the hygienist. Overall, everybody is super nice and I would recommend Dr. Alfred to anyone who asks for my opinion.

The staff was extremely friendly. Everyone behind the counter greeted me when I walked in, and they all seemed genuinely interested in providing me care. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was the high tech equipment. The dental assistant was quite competent and was one of the friendliest and most humorous people I've had in my mouth. Dr. Fairbanks was also very friendly and made me feel at ease. Definitely one of my best dental experiences ever.

Dr. Fairbanks is wonderful with my two kids (ages 2 and 5)! When I told them it was time to go to the dentist, they excitedly jumped in the car! Dr. Fairbanks and his team make going to the dentist a great experience for kids! Thanks everyone!

Great appointment. I really liked Dr. Alfred Fairbanks, is is kind and easy to talk to. Judy was a great assistant and took good care of my dental needs.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The Hygienist was gentle and thorough and the Doctor was very good at numbing me I barely felt it. Thank You.
