The building is beautiful, as is the decor. A few of the staff, such as Jessica at the front desk, and a few others are super nice. The office manager Maria, and one of the hygenists, Serena however are not so nice. I really liked one of the dentists too, I think her name was Dr. Cannon (a sweet middle-eastern woman). Their turnover rate for dentists seems high, I rarely saw the same dentist twice in the 2 years+ I stayed on as a patient. My biggest issues had to do with the several times I was left waiting for over 45 minutes, with no apologies, except the ones offered at the front desk when it wasn't even their fault. Also, the lack of compassion some of the staff seem to show for low income individuals, when looking for treatment options that weren't so high priced (you only get very basic stuff on the sliding scale) I was rudely told "maybe you should get a job!"...which reduced me to tears most of the rest of that day. And when I wanted a refund on a service I pre-paid, I was told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for "processing", which I seem to think was a little more than wrong. All in all, unless you like to be seen by an office whose staff is largely made up with rude and snobbish individuals (save for the few who actually are sweet), I would NOT recommend spending your money there. Affordable Dental is a few blocks away, and if you sign up for a Dental Discount plan, their prices are actually MUCH more affordable and the staff is all around friendly and understanding.
