It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. In fact, he charged off some of his bill to help me out. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. He is very conservative in that aspect. He makes you feel so comfortable and he even prayed for me prior to surgery. He explains everything in terms that you understand and ensures you do. He is very laidback and you can tell his employees love their job and him.Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. My complinant is that his staff kept calling and rebooking my scheduled appointment even on the date of of my appointment. But that was his staff and certainly not Dr Brooks. Dr Brooks did an awesome job on my surgery and I highly highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, he has your best interest at heart and not his pocketbook.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
