I really don't trust them to recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. Not to mention they started sealants on my son and after starting came in to ask if it was ok, told me it was covered and not a dime was covered, took me to small claims court, there were 4 others there for him too, he sent his front desk lady to do his dirty work, turns out if you contest it he HAS to be there, wasted my time now I have to go back miss another day of work..so needless to say don't wast your time bc you will end up with a jacked up mouth, huge ridiculous bill, and will have to go somewhere else to get fixed

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

I agree with Stacey! I have stood in their dental office a few times trying to get a bill straightened out for over an hour. Every person who came out from seeing the dentist needed some sort of procedure. It was really odd. Everyone, really. It is all about the money to them. My insurance company has told me numerous times that I owe them nothing. Yet they keep trying to bill me well over a $1000.
