Dr. Balloon has a really dry sense of humor and you have to listen carefully to "get" him. His hygienists are very nice, do a great job, and remember you! I've never had any work done there other than routine cleaning/exam, and they are a little pricey if you don't have insurance: $125 as of 8/10, and that was without xrays. Be careful of reviews on this site because as I filled out the survey to write one, it generated a typed-up draft for me to use as my review. Sketchy. I erased it after reading the 1st sentence and wrote this myself.

Doc Balloon has been my dentist for upwards of 15 years. In that time I have had about 8 procedures outside of regular cleanings, mostly fillings. The Doc has taken great care of my son and I since he was about 5 years old. I've never had anything to complain about except sometimes the Doc can be chatty when it's not practical for your to respond. He's a great guy though and a real professional with teeth.

I came to Dr. Balloon as an emergency patient several years ago. His staff scheduled me right in the same day I called. They were the only office that could see me the same day. I was surprised that the first person I saw was Doctor Balloon. He diagnosed my pain as an abscess and promptly gave me medications and a referral. Ever since then I have come regularly for cleanings and a few necessary fillings. The thing I like most about his office is that I never have to wait more than 15 minutes. Why can't other office take the hint from these guys? The ladies at the front desk always remember me and ask about work and family. Doctor Balloon has a mind like a steel trap when it comes to previous conversations we've had in his operatory. He's a pretty funny guy.

I've had the pleasure of going to Dr. Balloon for years with my husband and children. His staff is always accommodating of our busy schedule and individual family needs. His office is always on time and his hygienists are so good with the kids. Our youngest was very nervous about the idea of having other people in his mouth but through patients and a conveniently located operatory TV, Dr. Balloon was able to coax his cooperation. My husband and I have several times need reconstructive procedures from fillings to crowns and they have always gone according to plan. The doctor always makes sure I'm extra numb so that the vibrations don't make me nervous (my husbands a bit more tough).

As for the earlier comment, Dr. Balloon does not do root canals so you must have him confused with another general dentist. Every time we have required a rot canal he has referred us to an expert and we received the highest quality of care.

Doctor Balloon and his staff are amazing people and great business in the community.

While filling one of my cavities he hit the nerve and killed my tooth. I had to get emergency root canal and crown work done. Also, he did not even do the root canal correctly and it is now infected and will need to be redone. I am only 27 and have great teeth otherwise. He ruined one of my favorite molars and now I can only chew on one side.
