Dr. Boutis is the best dentist ever! He is so kind and considerate and very gentle. He explains everything and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking the same question over and over. I have a big fear of dentists due to my childhood and still have a hard time walking into any dentist office, but Dr. Boutis understands this and is so gentle and caring. His work is the best ever. He is conservative and will try a few things before anything. Has alot of patience!!! Very gentle, you don't even feel his hands in your mouth. And he is constatnly asking you if you are okay? He does not let you leave unless you are comfortable. His staff is the best ever - everyone of them are friendly. If you are looking for a dentist that is compassionate and excellent at what he does Dr. Boutis is your dentist. Best kept secret in Smithtown. Thank you Dr. Boutis for being so kind to me and helping me with my pain issues in the past. My husband and I will only go to him and no one else.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
