The Trimboli staff really knows what they're doing, and they are fine dentists, technicians. and office staff. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. About insurance they will always inquire and let me know if they don't know the answer right away as to coverage. There is a comfortable atmosphere in the office. They are very organized and professional and they automatically bill my insurance for me. I was referred to them by a colleague at work and I am comfortable referring friends and family to them as well.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
