The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. The dentist was friendly enough. They were somewhat nice but a little indifferent as well. I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
