They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They briefly explained my sons dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. They gave me little information about fees and payment plans 3 days before my sons treatment that ended up being cancelled because of money. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. No one ever seems to answer the phone and the waiting room is so small and cramped, esp when people bring all there family and seems like extended family to there one childs dentist appt. It takes forever to get a follow up. I think they need to stop accepting new patients and give existing patients more attention! Half the time the dentist isnt there, then we need to schedule another appt for my boys to see him. The girls are great though!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
