I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Terrific office staff. Dr. Trachtenberg is very friendly and patient.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Sometimes, a little too often

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
