They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

They have a high rate of doctor turn-over.
