I can honestly say that I do not like this dental office, The young lady in the front greeted me well. I waited in the waiting room for an hour or two and when finally I was called down into the back with my child, they didn't really like the idea that I wanted to go back with my child, But I went back there anyway. They hurted my child when doing xrays and didn't take there time in cleaning his teeth either. I don't get why they make us wait for a long time in the waiting room if there not even taking the time to do the best job in cleaning there teeth. If they cleaned there teeth good.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
