I just came on this and I think that I have the exact same opinion as someone else who commented. We are former patients of Dr. Richie (Schwartz) in Marlton (we miss him so, so, so much). My son had silver filings that were covered by our insurance. Dr. Richie felt that primary teeth would fall out and white was not necessary and additionally, he could fill the teeth quickly with silver and this encouraged a happy visit to the dentist. Dr. Grady is wonderful, but she only uses white and the cost is excessive for primary teeth. That being said, we had an awful experience with a pediatric dentist in Moorestown (Dr. Andy Berman) and are tired of switching around. We will happily remain with Dr. Grady, even though she does not take our dental insurance. Just plain tired of switching!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was impressed with this dentist and happy to have switched to her. My problem is the cost of the fillings. I don't think that white fillings are necessary in primary teeth. Our former pediatric dentist used silver in primary teeth because, as he said, they would just fall out. (Anyone use Dr. Richie Schwartz in Marlton? He was amazing). Anyway, that is my only real complaint.

My son has been a patient of dr. Grady for 15 years. She has always been very helpful and i have no complaints about her but the billing aspect over the last year has been more than incompetant. We have excellant dental ins. and it has paid in full for every service required but after our last cleaning the office manager innsisted i give her a check for 2
$285.00. We never pay out of pocket. I wrote a check and asked if she would not deposit till the next day. Well guess what...it was deposited that day and it bounced. Thenmy insurance wasn't billed for months after a wisdom tooth extraction was preformed so his cap was maxed and the cleaning wasn't covered. I'm now expected to pay a ballance of $165.00 which i feel is their fault. Think twice about useing this office unless you want your head to explode.
