Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I personally dont think that this practice is verry professional as it seems like no one in the office communicates with any one else as well as there patients. I took my 8 year old daughter to this practice on a monday for an emergency visit as her jaw was swollen and hurt. at the time of the visit we saw the general dentist DR Juri, who took an x-ray and said that he recomended pulling the tooth as it was a baby tooth that was infected and had previous work done on it. He then stated that we would need to come back the followng day to get the tooth worked on because he is not a pediatric dentist and that they would be the one to do it. At that point he was sending us away when I requested that he perscribe an anti-biotic for the swelling and pain that my daughter was experiancing. I should have known right then but not thinking too much about it we made an appointment for the following day at 12pm. upon arrival at 12pm on tuesday we checked in and we were left sitting for, no lie, more than an hour and a half in the waiting room with not so much as an acknolagement. After waiting we were finally called in to an office only to be told that there was nothing they could do without an autorization from the insurance company so my daugter would have to wait again while still in pain. I then explained that this could of not only been relayed to me while there yesterday whith the general Dentist, but could of and should of been addressed when we checked in that day before waisting our time. I was then told that they were sorry and that they felt my frustration but that this was because of the insurance companies polocy. My reply to that was why wasnt the request made on Monday when we were there the first time and was told that the authorization would not have been back by the tuesday visit. At that point I explained that if they did there job properly there never would of been a tuesday appointment since if they explained that they need approval to me on Monday and actually made the request, then the next appointment would not have been scheduled with out recieving the authorization therefore there would not have been an appointment needed for Tuesday. At that point I got my daughter by the hand and left to take her to another local dentist thinking to myself if this is how they are with this part of there practice I could only imagine how they are when it comes to actually doing some work on you.
