Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Once or twice, but not enough

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
