Not at all, they rushed me out the door

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I got a root canal done, the dr. Adam did the root canal in a rush and I ended up with an infection on the top of my gum, after several visits he indicated that root canals some times take longer to heal, many years later I was asked to get it retreated as the infection never went away. I would strongly recommend against this dentist office especially Dr. Adam.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
