My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Meg Walburn the dental hygienst was excellent. She took the time to show my 6 year old how to use her tooth brush with just the right amount of paste on the brush. She now brushes her teeth twice a day so that Dr . Maggio smiles when he is done with her exam. Dr. Maggio and Meg have the compassion to deal with healthy kids and adults... They go above and beyond to treat patients with mental challenges as well. So few dentists or hygiensts have the desire to take care of this population.

I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Definitely not. It was way too cold
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

This place is horrible. The girls that work in the office are extremely rude and could care less about helping you, so forget about them being nice. The dentists that they have are close to useless. I had a root canal done and the temp. cap fell out (ok just a temp.) but my permanent cap fell out 5 times! My son had cavaties and his fillings fell out multiple times! The dentist was extremely rude to my 6 year old, to the point I had to get angry and tell him that he was being rude and then he told me not to get annoyed! Um, hello! That is my child and if you are going to be rude and show that you are clearly irritated and don't want to be working I am going to be annoyed. Keep in mind, the dr. who did the fillings and root canal was a totally different dr. than the one that was extremely rude and unprofessional. AND one of the ladies who does the cleanings told my 6 year old son that he DIDN'T NEED TO USE TOOTHPASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously she doesn't have kids. Do you know to this day, it is still a fight to get him to put toothpaste on his toothbrush! I would strongly urge people to NEVER go to Adaptive Dental unless they were the last dentist office on earth. I would drive 5 hours out of my way to go to a different dentist if I had to.
