We were very satisfied with our visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. We were satisfied with the friendly and professional manner of Dr. Bryant. She is an asset to Eastern Dental, Brick, New Jersey. I like Eastern Dental and have received services from them for over fifteen years. I wish the wait was shorter, but they provide
Excellent service. The staff is friendly and courteous, their dental hygienist, Debra will really clean your teeth. You really feel good having your family members cared for by them! I can recall how good I felt when the previous manager stayed with me during a dental procedure, that meant a lot to me. And, the kindness, professionalism and care is appreciated by me and my family.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I walked out after 45 minutes of no attention and canceled my appointment and although happy with the work I can't afford to spend 25 minutes of travel each way and wait for 45 minutes early in the morning with an appointment and not be seen. I have now selected another dentist nearby who made an appointment with me and kept it with more bed side manner an attention.

my time is just important especially when making an appointment.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because I got there early and they made me wait 40 minutes passed my appoinment time. I went for a cleaning and it took 2.5 hours!!!

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
