I have had a couple of crowns done at this office. After the EOB came back from the insurance company, my Flex plan required me to pay them a $55 refund. The dental office said it was only a $35 difference, but has never refunded me the money.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I bought a 5 piece bridge and now I have pain in a tooth that didn't have a root canal and I have to buy a new 5 piece bridge and it was 4k the first time what they they think people have money coming out their ass?? I also have four cavities and they couldn't even fix them and now I'm in so much pain I feel like my one tooth is going to break. They have pulled 4 of my teeth so I have no teeth on the left side top or bottom and I feel like they just want me to get false teeth.

This practice is just in it for the money. I feel they didn't even care for me as a patient and what was best for me. I went in there with no problems and left with being told that I have several cavities. Went to 2 other dental offices to get 2nd opinions, and NO CAVITIES. I would never return back to this office if my life depended on it. It's horrible how there are people out there like this...you are supposed to be able to trust your dentist!

absolutely worst dentist i have been to. I went to this because I thought they were covered by BCBS only to find out that Dr Chang was brand new and just took over the old group of Dentists. Completely incomptent- by kids felt like they were being worked on like they were a horse. My husband said that his hygenist was rough, yanking his head around- no tact or professionalism. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
