The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They kept saying "we only have 30 minutes set aside--make up your mind about what to do" Getting an appointment at this office was a LONG wait. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Also--I heard the office manager gossiping about 2 of the nurses---not cool. AND they said my partial would be covered my medicare, NOT. So I ended up paying all myself, coz they "coded" it wrong. All 3 dr's are a f'ing SCAM.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

My 7 year old daughter and I have to have to have all our fillings removed and refilled because of bad work. They used mercury in my daughters mouth even after I specifically asked them not to and now it has to be removed which is dangerous. They made me wait 15 minutes to get in but when I was 4 minutes late they refused to take me. The Dentists are inexperienced, failing to reach acceptable standards. Their staff is rude,and they have terrible service. Poor people deserve respect too.

Since they focus on the poor they are very rude ,inconsiderate and they set up policies which they donot follow them selves.Twice they have called me minutes before an appointment canceling appointments but when i did the same they got stupid with me.They do very poor dental work and i had to have them make three parcial plates for me because the first two were not able to fit and looked terrible.They threatened to charge me for the second one on top of the first.
