I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The denist was very gentle.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
