Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.


I refer Dr. Spilliards to friends, family, and co-workers. I am so happy with him and his staff. They are wonderful. Even during the weekends if I need something I can reach Dr. Spilliards and don't have to go to someone I don't know just because it's the weekend.

T. Spilliard is ok, but the receptionist is different story. The lady is lost, confused, want to charge you deductible for your free cleaning, or is sending bills for failing to cancel visit. I spoke with her on the phone and prove her wrong, she couldn’t admit her mistake and told me that the doctor will contact me……did not happen for this day. I was very confused after first visit, he asked me how much is my yearly dental insurance, so he will schedule as many visits he can that we will spend the money ASAP. If you have a lot of money, would like to spend it, and looking for the most horrible service, no UPA no manners form the receptionist - perfect place to go. And I forgot o add, that I have all the teeth redone by different dentist, because T.S did not do a good job, and the filling last only 8 months.
