I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.

One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
