They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My only issue is I take my 7 year old daughter there, and she wouldn't let them do her fillings. I don't feel they put enough effort into trying to get them done either. They don't seem to be able to know how to or have staff that works with kids well besides doing normal exams and cleanings.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
