My daughter and I received our annual cleaning/check up from Willowbrook. The staff were very friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. They explained what they were going to do before they did it. We received sample toothbrushes and paste to take home. We were asked to schedule our next appointments before we left the office. The office was easy to find, very clean and in a good area. The staff are very professional and it was the best experience I've had at a dental office.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Everythinf was amazing! I absolutely love the facility!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
