It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Rose

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.
