I was very much disappointed with my braces that I had done at dawn dental. I had 15 brackets pop off and they did not have much availability to see me. I often would wait 45 min to an hour for an appointment. I found that Dr. Jordan is a good dentist but most of the staff and the facility was not what I would expect. I dont recommned Dawn Dental.

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures.

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
