The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to
