this office DOES NOT listen to your concerns! I left and found a doctor that would! They ignore my pleads to have a referral for therapy for my 2 year old son- I was told I was "over-reacting"- My son needed speech, physical and occupational therapy- He is still currently in therapy and making progress- This office is NOT supportive nor do they even want to listen to the parent!

There are 4 doctors at this facility and I love every one of them. They are all extremely nice and go out of their way to give new moms confidence in their ability to care for their children at the time that they most desperately need reassurance. I have never had them cancel an appointment and there is always someone available to answer questions 24/7. Systems wise (scheduling,etc.) they have been a little behind the times in that they manually schedule appointments, but I have never had an issue with it and I believe they are in the process of upgrading to a computerized system for all medical records. Overall, I could not be happier with the level of care that my children have received at this office. They always go above and beyond to explain things thoroughly and really understand the fears, concerns, and frustrations of being a first time Mom.
