I have been going to this practice now for almost 10 years. All of my children were delivered through this practice, and I have always been very comfortable with the doctors and staff, which is important to me. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Frederick Bartholomew, MD was very thorough and informative.

I saw Dr. Bart from the time I was 14 until I moved out of state at age 22. I loved this doctor and once I moved back to Michigan was happy to know that I could once again resume our doctor / patient relationship. However, since it had been over 5 years since I saw him due to my being out of state, I was treated as a "new patient" and when I attempted to get in to see a doctor for an infection, I was given an appointment date 2 weeks out! So, new patients, be sure that your situation doesn't demand immediate attention. Once you are established (again) then you won't have any problems getting in to see a doctor and they are all very professional, considerate, and kind.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
