I walked in and felt like I was in an antique dentist office, the chairs and equipment looked dirty and aged and right out of the 1960's , it consists of 3 rooms, there is no hygenist and the dentist hands shake, the receptionist the only other person in the building besides me maybe said 2 words the whole time, unfortunetly my company switched insurance and I had no other choice but to go there, needless to say I would rather pay full cost than go back there again .. could not wait to get out it was awkward and uncomfortable the whole time I wanted to cry.. I would not complain if it wasn't such a terrible experience, please avoid that experience at all costs

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I also felt like he may have missed somethings during the appointment. he was friendly though.

Not at all; cheap and plastic
