I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, there was no annoying music
