They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Lowenstein for many years now and would not go anywhere else! Sometimes you may have to wait a little, but she will spend as much time as you need with you. She is very knowledgable and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it out for you. Truly feel she cares about me. Staff is pretty good too - they are a busy bunch!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
