I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
