They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
