Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

My wife and I have been going to Painless Dentristry since they came to charlotte. Dr. west has a brand new office with many rooms and New equipment. Dr. West is very professional and with the best of dentist on his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Painless Dentrisy.
