They paid attention to me and my questions were answered.
Their staff was decent enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
Receptionists usually can be rude, but I felt like my needs were mostly met by the docs who are friendly.

Office seems to be money grubby - they require you pay before you are seen,,,even with low balances of $4. Also they wont refill scrips thru pharmacy call within 3 months of original, you have to be re-seen, even for long term medication.

Looking for a new doc....

I used The Family Doctor for over 10 years. In the early years before Dr. McKenzie's arrival, I was almost frustrated enough with rude office staff and bad bookings (twice I showed up for a scheduled visit and was told I'd never made one, despite having their reminder card in hand.) After Dr. McKenzie took over, the back office ran better, but wait times in the later afternoon are still long. Dr. McKenzie, however, is patient, listens to your concerns, and is open to discussing any concerns, research you've found, and questions about alternative care, if it is applicable.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.
