I've never had so thorough an exam nor so meticulous a periodontal deep-root scaling. As important as the feely-healy stuff on this questionnaire, this practice has very sophisticated technology and the dentist and hygienists take their continuing ed and clinical research very seriously

Wonder of wonders, the waiting room actually has reading material of interest to a patient with a Y-chromosome. Try finding THAT in any UM Health Services waiting room.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.

I have been going here since I was 12... 20 years, and I don't even live in the same state. Thant is how much I recommend Dr. Hatch and his staff.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
