If you have insurance and you are having them bill for you, my suggestion is to check, double check and triple check what you are being billed for. My son was seeing Dr. Natalie/Paulette for acne and warts on his fingers. His acne never got better, actually got worse, bought into their pills, cremes, etc. every 2 weeks following up, office co-pay after office co-pay. Then I started receiving bills that I didn't know I owed. Was told once, I didn't need to pay the office co-pay because she was billing it as a procedure, next I got a bill for $40.00 covering 4 back co-pays was told the person who told me I didn't have to pay did not know what they were talking about. Even my parents were highly disappointed in how my sons' acne and the wart issue was going. Paying off my bill (which again I do not understand why I have one, since I had been making my co-pays) and will not go there again. I like Dr. Levy the ear, nose and throat specialist, but will never recommend Dr. Natalie or Dr. Paulette to ANYONE unless you just have tons of money in which you want to throw away. If you are seeking a Dr. for acne, go to Sylvania and see Dr. Harvey Handler! Excellent!
