They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered and much of their research is outdated. (Such as their links about breastfeeding causing tooth decay, completely untrue and proven in multiple studies in the last five years. I know this and I'm not a dentist, why don't they?) Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. There is an attitude of aggravation from everyone in that office. My guess is because they schedule so many patients and only plan for 10 minutes with each patient. They always seem rushed and eager to get you out the door. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Lucier has no bedside manner and was extremely callous and rude about my 18 month old daughter being nervous about being at the dentist. Instead of talking to her and showing her the equipment and trying to make her feel welcome, he disregarded us and was visibly annoyed. He also got extremely frustrated with my 8 year old when he asked to sit up so he could spit while getting a filling, because the sealant was on his tongue. We skipped taking our kids to the dentist for 7 months, just so we could avoid going here again. We waited until we found a new dentist who actually likes children and understands that they are people, not just business. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to keep looking. This is the Supercuts of Pediatric Dentistry. You will not have your questions answered and you will be spoken down to and made to feel like a nuisance for even troubling them with a question about your child's health. This is true of basic cleanings and complicated procedures, we've experienced both with them and been so very disappointed. I regret ever bringing my kids here and making their first associations with the dentist so awful.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

If you miss an appointment (which things happen) they drop you from the office. No customer service skills at all!!
